The skills of employees in engineering survey and design units are of great significance to the development of the entire unit.Employee training can enhance the competitiveness of the organization and help employees continuously strengthen their own abilities.Therefore,analyzing the problems and reasons in the training of employees in engineering survey and design units,proposing improvements to the company s employee training methods,and ensuring long-term supervision and control of employee training and evaluation will help the development of engineering survey and design units.
