Innovative Application of Construction Project Management Models and Methods

当前,由于传统的项目管理模式存在管理效率低下等问题,亟需引入创新模式,对工程项目加强管理。首先,对相关基础概念进行梳理,在此基础上分析探讨传统项目管理存在的问题和对应改善的措施,进一步提高项目管理效率。同时,对宁德某个小区进行案例分析和管理重难点的梳理,提出在信息化管理系统、BIM技术应用和加强规划沟通等方面的创新模式研究。研究表明,本项目的管理模式,能够满足现阶段项目管理的需要。

Currently,due to the low management efficiency of traditional project management models,it is urgent to introduce innovative models to strengthen the management of engineering projects.Firstly,sort out the relevant basic concepts,analyze and explore the problems and corresponding improvement measures of traditional project management based on this,and further improve the efficiency of project management.At the same time,a case study was conducted on a residential area in Ningde,and the key and difficult management points were sorted out.Innovative research models were proposed in areas such as information management systems,BIM technology applications,and strengthening planning communication.Research has shown that the management model of this project can meet the current needs of project management.
