面部油光的回归模型及影响因素

摘要 选取30名符合条件的油性皮肤受试者,采集其皮肤油脂含量、油光视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及不同光照模式下面部正面图像。使用图像分析方法测量其面部皮肤亮度L*、皮肤红度a*、皮肤黄度b*、毛孔面积占比、高光面积占比、卟啉面积占比等参数。以皮肤油脂含量及各图像分析指标为自变量,以油光VAS量表评分为因变量,建立油光视觉感受的多重线性回归模型,并针对模型探讨面部油光视觉感受的影响因素。研究得到了在平行偏振光(PP)和标准光源1(S1)光照模式下,面部油光的回归方程均具有统计学意义(P=0.000)且拟合优度较好(R2>0.6);回归方程显示,在PP和S1光照模式下,高光面积占比与皮肤红度均是面部油光视觉感受的显著影响因素,随着高光面积占比和皮肤红度值的增大,油光视觉感受增强。其余测试指标对油光视觉感受无显著性影响。在PP和S1光照模式下的面部油光回归模型经初步验证显示准确可靠,可用于面部油光程度的初步定量,高光面积占比和皮肤红度a*是影响面部油光视觉感受的重要因素。 The study aims to establish a regression model for visual perception of facial oily sheen exposed to different lighting modes thus to explore the influencing factors of facial oily sheen.Thirty subjects with eligible oily skin were selected to measure their sebum content,visual analogue scale of oily sheen and collect the front-view face images under different lighting modes.Skin lightness L*,skin redness(a*),skin yellowness(b*),pore area proportion,highlights area proportion and porphyrin area proportion were measured using image analysis methods.This study established a multiple linear regression model to identify the factors influencing facial oily sheen perception.The independent variables include sebum content and the aforementioned image analysis parameters,while the visual analogue scale of oily sheen is the dependent variable.Under the lighting modes of Parallel Polarized(PP)and Standard 1(S1),both regression equations of facial oily sheen have statistical significance(P=0.000)and good goodness-of-fit(R2>0.6).The regression equations revealed that under both PP and S1 lighting modes,the highlights area proportion and a*are the significant factors influencing facial oily sheen perception.As the highlights area proportion and a*increased,the facial oily sheen visual perception is enhanced.The other parameters have no significant impact on the facial oily sheen.The regression models of facial oily sheen under PP and S1 lighting modes are preliminarily demonstrated to be accurate,reliable,and can be used for preliminary quantification of facial oily sheen.The highlights area proportion and a*are the important significant factors affecting the visual perception of facial oily sheen.
