摘要
由不同增稠体系制备面膜精华液并测试其对膜布溶胀影响,结果表明,羟乙基纤维素易导致膜布溶胀变形,黄原胶增稠体系让膜布偏硬,纤维素胶体系的湿膜布无变形现象并且膜布柔软,加入透明质酸钠后成膜感和滑感有所提升。在膜布纵横向拉力测试中,羟乙基纤维素体系的湿膜布最大变形力和断裂总伸长率最大,分别为75.86 mm和37.9%;而纤维素胶体系的湿膜布不易变形,具有最大抗拉强度1.45 MPa。从微观图像看湿膜布的纤维结构,增稠剂均附着在膜布纤维上,纤维素胶体系的附着量较多,其次是羟乙基纤维素胶体系。对比其他增稠体系,纤维素胶和羟乙基纤维素体系的吸液量较大,具有统计学显著差异性(P<0.01)。流变曲线表明各增稠体系黏度均随剪切速率的增加而迅速下降,呈现剪切变稀的假塑性流体特征。
The effect of mask essence prepared by different thickening systems on the swelling of the mask cloth was tested.The results showed that hydroxyethyl cellulose was easy to cause swelling and deformation of the mask cloth.Moreover,xanthan gum thickening system made the mask cloth hard,while the wet mask cloth of the cellulose gum system did not deform and the mask cloth was soft.Meanwhile,the smoothing and file-forming feeling were improved after the addition of sodium hyaluronate.In the tensile test,the maximum deformation force and total elongation at break of the wet membrane cloth in the hydroxyethyl cellulose system were 75.86 mm and 37.9%,respectively.However,the wet mask cloth of cellulose system was not easy to deform and had a maximum tensile strength of 1.45 MPa.From SEM images of the fiber structures,the thickeners were closely attached to the mask fiber.Especially,the cellulose gum was more attached,followed by hydroxyethyl cellulose system.According to the liquid absorption test,compared with other thickening systems,the liquid absorption of cellulose gum and hydroxyethyl cellulose system was larger,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Finally,it can be seen from the rheological curve that the viscosity of each thickening system decreased rapidly with the increase of shear rate,showing the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid with shear thinning.
