摘要
目前,产业用地存在低效闲置和紧缺的问题,因此,利用信息化技术开展摸清家底、数据更新、招商选地、决策分析、全程监管等工作显得尤为重要。根据日照市产业用地信息服务现状和业务需求,研究了产业用地更新流程、产业用地分析模型和用地绩效评价分级模型等关键技术,设计了产业用地信息服务系统,实现了地图展示、产业用地更新、用地“一键招商”、产业用地分析、绩效评价分级、运维管理等功能,推动了招商方式由“项目等地”向“地等项目”转变,提升了产业用地全生命周期监管水平。
At present,there are problems of inefficient or idle and scarce industrial land.It is particularly important to use information technology to carry out work,such as ascertaining actual situation,updating data,selecting investment sites,decision-making analysis and full process supervision.Based on present situation and needs of industrial land information services in Rizhao city,key technologies have been studied,such as industrial land renewal process,industrial land analysis model,and land performance evaluation and classification model.An industrial land information service system has been designed.It can realize map display,industrial land renewal,one touch attract investment,industrial land analysis,performance evaluation and classification,and maintenance management.It will promote the transformation of attract investment methods from"waiting lands"to"waiting projects",and improve the level of supervision of the entire life cycle of industrial land.
