摘要
目的:比较阿奇霉素与甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠(Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate,MSS)对小儿支原体性肺炎(Mycoplasmal Pneumonia,MP)疗效的影响。方法:选取2021年11月至2023年5月于我院就诊的116例MP患儿作为研究对象,按随机双盲法将所有患儿分为对照组和联合组,各58例。对照组使用阿奇霉素治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上使用MSS治疗。记录两组临床疗效、免疫功能[免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)、G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)、E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)]、炎症反应[白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(Serum Amyloid A,SAA)、降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)]、肺功能指标[残气容积(Residual Volume,RV)、肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、最大呼气流量峰值(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEFR)]及不良反应。结果:联合组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿IgA、IgM、IgG、IgE、FVC、PEFR水平均明显提升(P<0.05),且联合组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿IL-6、SAA、PCT水平、RV水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且联合组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素联合MSS治疗小儿MP效果显著,可有效改善患儿免疫功能、炎症反应及肺功能,适合临床推广应用。
Objective:To compare the effect of azithromycin and Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate(MSS)on the efficacy of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia(MP)in children.Methods:A total of 116 children with MP who were treated in our hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random double-blind method,all children were divided into control group and combined group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the combined group was treated with MSS on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function[Immunoglobulin A(IgA),Immunoglobulin M(IgM),Immunoglobulin G(IgG),Immunoglobulin E(IgE)],inflammatory response[Interleukin-6(IL-6),Serum Amyloid A(SAA),Procalcitonin(PCT)],lung function indexes[Residual Volume(RV),Forced Vital Capacity(FVC),Peak Expiratory Flow(PEFR)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,IgE,FVC and PEFR in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,SAA,PCT and RV in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in the combined group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin combined with MSS is effective in the treatment of MP in children,which can effectively improve the immune function,inflammatory response and lung function of children,and is suitable for clinical application.
