摘要
露天矿山边坡稳定性与采场高效生产及人员设备安全息息相关,以胶带系统转载站上方边坡为研究对象,综合考虑自重、地下水、爆破震动及地震力等影响因素,采用简化Bishop法及M-P法对现状及设计加固后边坡开展稳定性计算,结果表明:转载站上方现状边坡除-97m至-127m段在天然工况及日常爆破工况下处于稳定状态外,其余安全系数均不满足规定要求,为降低边坡安全隐患,保证后续胶带系统运行稳定,对边坡节理发育的-18m~-67m段高区域边坡,设计了锚杆-锚索框架梁治理方案,对岩体主要受风化作用影响,局部崩塌落石等危害的-97m~-127m段高边坡,设计了喷锚网封闭治理方案,之后再次应用极限平衡法对加固后边坡稳定性开展计算分析,结果得到,治理设计后的边坡稳定性系数在不同荷载组合下均符合规定要求,边坡达到了稳定状态。
The stability of open-pit mine slopes is closely related to efficient production in the stope and the safety of personnel and equipment.Taking the slope above the belt transfer station as the research object,considering factors such as self-weight,groundwater,blasting vibration,and seismic forces,the computation of stability for both the current and proposed reinforced slopes has been carried out with the aid of the simplified Bishop approach and M-P method.It was found that,except for the section from-97m to-127m,which is stable under natural conditions and daily blasting conditions,the safety factors of the other sections do not meet the regulatory requirements.To reduce safety risks on slopes and ensure stable operation of the subsequent conveyor system,a bolt-cable frame beam treatment plan is designed for the high section of the slope with joint development from-18m to-67m.For the high section of the slope from-97m to-127m,which is mainly affected by weathering and local rockfall hazards,a shotcrete anchor mesh enclosure treatment plan is designed.Subsequently,the application of the limit equilibrium method is employed once more to determine and evaluate the stability of the enhanced slope.The results show that the stability coefficient of the slope after treatment design meets the regulatory requirements under different load combinations,and the slope has reached a stable state.
