基于关键链的建筑工程施工进度管理与优化研究

摘要 进度管理是建筑工程施工过程中非常重要的一项内容,也是一项极具挑战性的工作。本文通过梳理相关的进度管理方法,提出关键链能够合理有效地控制建筑工程施工进度。通过分析关键链的基本原理,研究适用于建筑工程的关键链应用步骤,其中包括构建工作分解结构、估算任务时间和资源、关键链计算、缓冲区设置与管理四个步骤。进一步的,针对关键链在实际应用中面临的工作分解结构分解不合理、进度计划不合理、资源约束、缓冲区设置不合理等问题。本文还提出提高关键链应用质量的优化措施,其中包括优化工作分解结构、优化进度计划、优化资源调配机制以及提升缓冲区效能等,从而提升建筑工程施工进度管理效率。 Progress management is a very important task in the construction process of building engineering and it忆s also a challenging job.By sorting out relevant progress management methods,this article proposes that the critical chain can effectively and reasonably control the construction progress of building engineering.By analyzing the basic principles of critical chain,the critical chain application steps which are applicable to construction engineering are studied,including four steps:constructing work breakdown structure,estimating task time and resources,critical chain calculation,buffer setting and management.Furthermore,in response to the problems faced by the critical chain in practical applications,such as unreasonable decomposition of work breakdown structure,unreasonable schedule planning,resource constraints,and unreasonable buffer zone settings,this article also proposes optimization measures to improve the quality of critical chain applications,including optimizing work breakdown structure,optimizing schedule planning,optimizing resource allocation mechanism,and enhancing buffer zone efficiency,thereby improving the efficiency of construction project schedule management.
