抗浮锚杆施工优化分析

摘要 随着我国城市化进程快速推进,高层建筑越来越多,城市用地也日益紧张,需要开发大量的地下空间。因此在建筑地下结构的建设与开发中,如何增强地下结构的防水以及抗浮性能成为了需要重视的问题。目前,为了达到更高的防水、抗浮性能要求,在大多数的地下结构建设当中,会选择抗浮锚杆来满足防水抗浮的需求。本文根据抗浮锚杆技术原理及研究现状,总结了建筑工程过程中抗浮锚杆的关键技术,并通过施工实例来阐述抗浮锚杆技术的具体应用情况。 With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China,there are more and more high-rise buildings,and urban land is becoming increasingly scarce,requiring the development of a large amount of underground space.Therefore,in the construction and development of underground structures in buildings,how to enhance the waterproof and anti floating performance of underground structures has become a problem that needs attention.At present,in order to meet higher requirements for waterproofing and anti floating performance,anti floating anchor rods are chosen in most underground structure constructions to meet the needs of waterproofing and anti floating.This article summarizes the key technologies of anti floating anchor rods in the construction process based on the principles and research status of anti floating anchor rod technology,and elaborates on the specific application of anti floating anchor rod technology through construction examples.
