摘要
随着我国基础设施建设和社会经济的快速发展,水工环地质灾害的风险逐渐凸显,对社会、经济、环境和人民生命财产安全造成的影响越来越大。本文在介绍水工环地质灾害类型和特征的基础上,首先剖析了水工环地质灾害成因、影响因素及危险性评估内容和评估流程,其次对水工环在地质灾害评估方面存在的问题进行了阐述,最后,提出了水工环地质灾害危险性评估的有效防治策略,包括理论方法和技术的改进、评估流程的改进、法规政策与监管的加强、公众参与和宣传力度的加强、长期监测和预警机制的建立等。本文旨在通过这几方面的分析,为水工环地质灾害危险性评估及治理方面提供科学的理论支撑和实践指导。
Hydrogeology,environmental geology and engineering geology are all contents of hydraulic and environmental geology.With the rapid development of infrastructure construction and social economy in China,the risk of hydraulic and environmental geological disasters has gradually become prominent,and its impact on society,economy,environment and the safety of people's life and property is increasing.This paper first analyzes the causes of geological disasters,influencing factors and risk assessment of hydraulic,secondly to the problems in the geological hazard assessment,finally,proposed the effective prevention strategy of hydraulic geological hazard risk assessment,including the improvement of theory and technology,evaluation process improvement,regulations,policies and supervision,the strengthening of public participation and publicity,long-term monitoring and early warning mechanism.This paper aims to provide scientific theoretical support and practical guidance for the risk assessment and management of hydraulic engineering and environmental geological disasters through these analysis,so as to better protect the life and property safety of the broad masses of people and promote the sustainable development of social economy.
