山地风电筏板基础施工技术与质量控制

摘要 本文以某山地风电项目风机基础的施工为例,通过研究八边形筏板基础各施工环节的施工工艺、施工方法、质量控制要点,对风机基础施工关键技术及关键工序质量控制措施分别进行了分析和总结,找到影响风机基础施工质量的关键因素,采取合理的施工方法和质量控制措施,有效解决风机基础常见施工质量通病问题,为类似工程提供参考。 This article takes the construction of a fan foundation in a mountainous wind power project as an example.By studying the construction technology,methods,and quality control points of each construction link of the octagonal raft foundation,the key technologies and quality control measures of the wind turbine foundation construction are analyzed and summarized.The key factors affecting the construction quality of the wind turbine foundation are identified,and reasonable construction methods and quality control measures are adopted to effectively solve common construction quality problems of the wind turbine foundation,providing reference for similar projects.
