摘要
目的观察右佐匹克隆与曲唑酮配合海坤失眠治疗仪治疗失眠症的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2023年8—12月于赣州市第三人民医院就诊的失眠症患者100例,按治疗方法不同将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。对照组给予劳拉西泮片治疗,试验组采用右佐匹克隆片+盐酸曲唑酮片+海坤失眠治疗仪电刺激小脑顶核治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分、睡眠时间与睡眠效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平,不良反应。结果治疗4周后,2组ISI评分较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组睡眠时间较治疗前延长,睡眠效率较治疗前提高,PSQI评分较治疗前降低,且试验组延长/增高/降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);2组HAMD评分、HAMA评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组血清5-HT、BDNF水平均较治疗前升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(14.00%vs.12.00%,χ^(2)=0.088,P=0.766)。结论右佐匹克隆与曲唑酮配合海坤失眠治疗仪治疗失眠症的疗效显著,可有效改善患者睡眠障碍,延长睡眠时间,提高睡眠质量及睡眠效率,减轻负面情绪,且安全性良好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of dexzopiclone and trazodone combined with Haikun insomnia therapeutic device in the treatment of insomnia.Methods A total of 100 patients with insomnia were retrospectively selected from August to December 2023 in the Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou,and the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lorazepam tablets,and the experimental group was treated with dexzopiclone tablets+trazodone hydrochloride tablets+electrical stimulation of cerebellar parietal nucleus with Haikun insomnia therapeutic device,and both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The ISI score,sleep time and sleep efficiency,PSQI score,HAMD score,HAMA score,serum 5-HT and BDNF levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the ISI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The sleep time,sleep efficiency and PSQI score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the range of the experimental group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.01).The HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The serum levels of 5-HT and BDNF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(14.00%vs.12.00%,χ^(2)=0.088,P=0.766).Conclusion Dexzopiclone and trazodone combined with Haikun insomnia therapeutic device have significant efficacy in the treatment of insomnia,which can effectively improve patients′sleep disorder,prolong sleep time,improve sleep quality and sleep efficiency,reduce negative emotions,and with good safety.
