摘要
供水系统需水量随机动态变化。供水低碳智能调度新模式是一个动态规划问题。应用动态规划多级决策思想构建并求解管网末端压力与出厂流量压力关系模型(简称管网曲线),经独立核验程序运行显示管网曲线模型输出管网末端压力与水司规定未压误差土0.002MPa,只要变频控制出厂压力沿曲线运行即可,以控制管网末端压力在水司规定范围内,为低碳智能调度提供了运行平台。
