乡村振兴战略背景下高职电子商务专业直播人才培养路径研究——以山西工程职业学院为例

摘要 党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,明确了人才培养的方向。乡村振兴需要各行各业的专业人才作为支撑,因此高职院校需要为乡村振兴战略的深入实施培养专业的技能型人才。在乡村振兴过程中,助农直播占据着重要地位,高职院校电子商务专业应加强直播人才培养,为促进农村电商发展提供人才支持。文章以山西工程职业学院电子商务专业为例,研究乡村振兴背景下山西高职院校电商直播人才培养存在的问题,并提出高职电子商务专业直播人才培养的有效路径。 The rural revitalization strategy proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clarified the direction of talent cultivation.Rural revitalization requires professional talents from various industries as support,therefore vocational colleges need to cultivate skilled professionals for the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In the process of rural revitalization,live streaming for agricultural assistance plays an important role.E-commerce majors in vocational colleges should strengthen the training of live streaming talents to provide talent support for promoting the development of rural e-commerce.The article takes the e-commerce major of Shanxi Engineering Vocational College as an example to study the problems in cultivating e-commerce live streaming talents in Shanxi vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization,and proposes effective paths for cultivating live streaming talents in e-commerce majors in vocational colleges.
