“岗课赛证创”综合育人的理论意蕴与实践路径探赜

摘要 在加快培育和发展新质生产力的背景之下,切实推进“岗课赛证创”综合育人成为我国高等职业教育创新人才培养模式、深化教育教学改革、强化职业教育类型化特色、提升人才培养针对性与适应性、促进职业教育高质量发展的重要举措和共同选择。“岗课赛证创”综合育人意味着人才培养全过程都要以工作岗位的能力要求和素质需求为逻辑主线,统筹兼顾“岗、课、赛、证、创”五个要素,形成各要素间多元融通的合力育人格局。在实践层面,要特别注重开展专业建设调查研究,搭建“岗课赛证创”融通课程体系,打造校企协同共生的育人共同体。 Against the backdrop of accelerating the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces,effectively promoting the comprehensive education of"job course competition certificate creation"has become an important measure and common choice for China's higher vocational education to innovate talent training mode,deepen education and teaching reform,strengthen the typification characteristics of vocational education,enhance the pertinence and adaptability of talent training,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The comprehensive education of"job,course,competition,certification,and creation"means that the entire process of talent cultivation should be based on the logical mainline of the job's ability requirements and quality needs,taking into account the five elements of"job,course,competition,certification,and creation",and forming a diversified and integrated joint education pattern among various elements.At the practical level,special attention should be paid to conducting investigations and research on professional construction,building a"job course competition certificate creation"integrated curriculum system,and creating a collaborative and symbiotic education community between schools and enterprises.
