化工行业特色高校拔尖创新人才培养的路径与举措研究

Practices and Implications on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Universities with the Characteristics of the Chemical Industry

拔尖创新人才培养是社会各界广泛关注的时代命题,对以高质量发展全面推进中国式现代化至关重要。文章在深刻认识拔尖创新人才培养的重要意义基础上,选取8所国内外代表性高校作为研究对象,研究梳理拔尖创新人才培养的典型做法和成功经验,面向化工行业特色高校总结形成可借鉴推广的三点启示:一是优化学生选拔、培养、评价的育人“全链条”;二是打造学科交叉、科教融汇、产教融合的育人“助推器”;三是激活人才冒得出、长得好、聚起来的育人“动力源”。

The cultivation of outstanding innovative talents has received widespread attention,which is crucial for promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development.This paper studies eight universities at home and abroad,and summarizes their typical and successful practices.This paper indentified three key implications for broader application in innovative talent development for universities with the characteristics of the chemical industry.The first is to optimize the development process of student screening,training,and assessment.The second is to establish platforms for cultivating talents through integration of education,research and industry.The third is to activate educational mechanisms that enable students to develop and thrive.
