摘要
在拟建于某地下水质净化厂地面的水质检测新实验大楼,应用AI数智化技术,对该实验大楼理化实验室的安防、消防、水质监测工作等进行安全控制系统规划设计,围绕“人、机、料、环、管”关键环节,对影响实验室安全的相关环节及要素进行统一配置,整合多个管理子系统,对影响实验室安全的相关环节及要素数据进行共享与联动,全过程对实验室水质监测工作流程和安全管理各环节及要点进行控制,构建水质检测实验楼综合安防、消防智能安全管理,温湿度管控区域智能化管理,电气火灾隐患监测、消防用水监控、水质监测工作流程管理等核心应用,从而有效实现水质检测实验室安全闭环管理。
In a water quality testing laboratory to be built on the ground of an underground water purification plant,AI digital technology is used for the planning and design of a safety control system,which includes security,fire protection and other aspects of the physical and chemical laboratory.Around the key links of“human,machine,material,environment,and management”,the key links and elements that affect laboratory safety are uniformly configured,multiple heterogeneous management subsystems are integrated,and the relevant links and element data that affect laboratory safety are shared.The whole process of laboratory safety management is controlled by various links and key points,establish core applications such as comprehensive security,intelligent fire safety management,intelligent temperature and humidity control area management,electrical fire hazard monitoring,fire water monitoring,and water quality monitoring workflow management in the water quality testing laboratory building,effectively achieving closed-loop management of water quality testing laboratory safety.
