摘要
针对煤化工园区大型储运装置存在的安全隐患,文章系统分析了其面临的易燃易爆、工艺复杂、事故连锁等特有风险,指出了当前安全防控技术在阀门可靠性、联锁控制、泄漏监测等方面的不足。在此基础上,从材料优化、算法改进、多传感器融合等角度提出了一系列创新性的技术优化对策,并通过某煤化工园区甲醇储罐区的应用实践,验证了相关技术的有效性和可行性。实践表明,改进后的防火阀门故障率下降95%,鹤管联锁失效率下降91%,泄漏事故率下降97%,有效提升了装置本质安全水平。
Aiming at the potential safety hazards in large-scale coal chemical storage and transportation facilities,this paper systematically analyzes the inherent risks such as flammability,explosibility,process complexity,and accident chain reactions.It points out the inadequacies of current safety control technologies in terms of valve reliability,interlock control,and leak detection.On this basis,a series of innovative technical optimization countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of material optimization,algorithm improvement,and multi-sensor fusion.The effectiveness and feasibility of related technologies are verified through the application practice in the methanol tank area of a coal chemical industrial park.The results show that the failure rate of fire valves decreased by 95%,the interlock failure rate of loading arms decreased by 91%,and the leak accident rate decreased by 97%,effectively improving the intrinsic safety level of the facility.
