2020—2022年都安县食品安全风险监测结果分析

摘要 目的:了解2020—2022年都安县食品安全风险情况,为当地食品安全管理工作的开展提供参考。方法:选择2020—2022年都安县食品样品为研究对象,按照广西食品安全风险监测工作方案开展食品安全风险监测。结果:2020年监测5类食品共56份样品,监测项目为化学污染物及有害因素(n=36,合格率100.00%)、微生物及致病因子(n=20,合格率40%)。2021年监测6类食品共81份样品,监测项目为化学污染物及有害因素(n=31,合格率96.77%)、微生物及致病因子(n=50,合格率84%)。2022年监测7类食品共106份样品,监测项目为化学污染物及有害因素(n=44,合格率95.45%)、微生物及致病因子(n=62,合格率91.94%)。结论:食品风险监测的重点应为食品微生物检测,在食品安全管理过程中积极做好微生物检测工作与食品质量控制工作,能够有效解决食品安全问题,防止食品安全事故发生。 Objective:To understand the food safety risk situation in Du’an county from 2020 to 2022,and to provide reference for the development of local food safety management.Method:Food samples from Du’an county from 2020 to 2022 were selected as the research objects,and food safety risk monitoring was carried out according to the food safety risk monitoring work plan of Guangxi.Result:In 2020,a total of 56 samples of 5 types of food were monitored,and the monitoring items were chemical pollutants and harmful factors(n=36,pass rate 100.00%),microbial and pathogenic factors(n=20,pass rate 40%).In 2021,a total of 81 samples of 6 types of food were monitored,and the monitoring items were chemical pollutants and harmful factors(n=31,pass rate 96.77%),microorganisms and pathogenic factors(n=50,pass rate 84%).In 2022,a total of 106 samples of 7 types of food were monitored,and the monitoring items were chemical pollutants and harmful factors(n=44,pass rate 95.45%),microorganisms and pathogenic factors(n=62,pass rate 91.94%).Conclusion:The focus of food risk monitoring should be on microbiological testing of food,and actively doing a good job in microbial detection and food quality control in the process of food safety management can effectively solve food safety problems and prevent food safety accidents.
