SPE-UHPLC-MS/MS法在猪肉氯苯胺灵残留检测中的应用

摘要 本研究采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(Solid Phase Extraction-Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,SPE-UHPLC-MS/MS)对猪肉中氯苯胺灵的残留进行检测。通过优化气相色谱-质谱条件,建立了氯苯胺灵的标准曲线,结果表明,氯苯胺灵在0.50~100.00μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9964。平均加标回收率为85.25%~92.75%,相对标准偏差为1.83%~3.07%。该方法回收率好、精密度高,适用于猪肉中氯苯胺灵的快速、准确检测。 This study used solid phase extraction ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)to detect residues of chlorpheniramine in pork.By optimizing the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry conditions,a standard curve for chlorpheniramine was established.The results showed that chlorpheniramine had a good linear relationship between 0.50μg·L^(-1) and 100.00μg·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9964.The average recovery rate of spiked samples is 85.25%to 92.75%,and the relative standard deviation is 1.83%~3.07%.This method has good recovery rate and high precision,and is suitable for rapid and accurate detection of chlorpheniramine in pork.
