摘要
目的:探究清溪乌鳖肽缓解小鼠白细胞数目减少的能力。方法:将15只SPF级C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分为溶剂对照组,低剂量(2 mg·g^(-1))给药组和高剂量(4 mg·g^(-1))给药组,每组共5只,采用环磷酰胺腹腔注射干预21 d,构建白细胞减少小鼠模型,观察小鼠体重、主要器官病变状态、白细胞数目变化。结果:实验组和对照组小鼠之间体重没有显著差异;实验组和对照组小鼠之间主要脏器未见明显病变;以4 mg·g^(-1)的剂量每日给小鼠灌胃清溪乌鳖肽,24 d后小鼠白细胞数目较对照组显著升高。结论:与对照组相比,给药组小鼠体重未见明显变化,未产生不良反应且主要器官未见明显病变,清溪乌鳖肽给药后有效缓解了小鼠白细胞数目的减少,并且这种效应呈现剂量依赖性。
Objective:To explore the ability of Qingxi black soft-shelled turtle peptides(QXBSTPs)to alleviate the decrease in mice.Method:Fifteen SPF grade C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into a solvent control group,In the low-dose(2 mg·g^(-1))administration group,high-dose(4 mg·g^(-1))administration group,with 5 mice in each group,after 21 days of the intervention,cyclophosphamide was intraperitoneally injected to construct a leukopenia mouse model.The changes of mouse body weight,lesions in the major organs,and the number of leukocytes in the mice were observed.Result:There was no significant difference in body weight between the experimental and the control groups.There were no significant lesions in the major organs between the experimental and control groups.The leukocyte counts of the mice were significantly higher than those of the control group after 24 days of gavage of QXBSTPs at a dose of 4 mg·g^(-1) daily.Conclusion:Compared with the control group,no significant changes in body weight,no adverse effects and no significant lesions in major organs were observed in the administered group.The administration of QXBSTPs effectively alleviated the reduction of leukocyte number in the mice,and this effect showed a dose-dependent pattern.
