摘要
在食品包装行业,面对传统石油基材料带来的环境污染问题,生物基材料以其可再生、可降解的特性成为绿色包装的新宠。然而,在其开发与应用过程中,仍面临着生产成本高、性能稳定性不足、回收再利用体系不完善及消费者认知度低等一系列问题挑战。基于此,文章分析了食品包装材料的重要性及生物基包装材料的崛起过程,介绍了生物基食品包装材料的特点及优势,阐述了生物基食品包装材料的开发过程,并针对生物基食品包装材料开发与应用中面临的挑战提出了相应的对策。
In the food packaging industry,in the face of environmental pollution caused by traditional petroleumbased materials,bio-based materials have become the new favorite of green packaging with their renewable and degradable characteristics.However,in its development and application process,it still faces a series of challenges such as high production cost,insufficient performance stability,imperfect recycling system and low consumer awareness.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of food packaging materials and the rise of bio-based packaging materials,introduces the characteristics and advantages of bio-based food packaging materials,expounds the general development process of bio-based food packaging materials,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the challenges faced in the development and application of bio-based food packaging materials.
