摘要
本文旨在探讨计量控制在食品质量安全检测中的应用现状与挑战。通过对食品质量安全概念的界定,分析了物理、化学及生物测量技术在乳制品、肉制品及酱腌菜等产品中的具体应用,并指出当前计量设备校准精度偏差、检测数据溯源性不足及标准化程度低等问题。最后,提出了构建精密校准体系、完善数据追溯机制及规范标准化作业流程等策略,以提升食品质量安全保障水平。
This paper aims to explore the current status and challenges of metrological control in food quality and safety testing.By defining the concept of food quality and safety,the specific application of physical,chemical and biological measurement technologies in dairy products,meat products and pickled vegetables is analyzed,and the current problems of calibration accuracy deviation of metrological equipment,insufficient traceability of test data and low degree of standardization are pointed out.Finally,strategies such as building a precise calibration system,improving the data traceability mechanism and standardizing the standardization process are proposed to improve the level of food quality and safety assurance.
