计量检定在食品质量控制中的应用与挑战

摘要 本文系统分析了计量检定在食品原料验收、生产过程控制和产品检验等质量控制环节中的重要作用,重点阐述了计量检定在食品质量控制应用中面临的主要挑战,包括特殊参数检定技术不成熟、生产环境适应性要求高等技术层面问题,以及管理体系不健全、重视程度不够等管理层面问题。针对这些挑战,提出了加强专用计量器具研发、推进智能检定技术应用、优化管理制度、构建协同机制等改进对策,以促进计量检定在食品质量控制中的有效应用。 This article systematically analyzes the important role of metrological verification in quality control processes such as food raw material acceptance,production process control,and product inspection.The main challenges faced by metrological verification in the application of food quality control were highlighted,including immature special parameter verification technology,high technical requirements for production environment adaptability,as well as management issues such as inadequate management system and insufficient attention.In response to these challenges,improvement measures such as strengthening the research and development of specialized measuring instruments,promoting the application of intelligent calibration technology,optimizing management systems,and building collaborative mechanisms have been proposed to promote the effective application of metrological calibration in food quality control.
