摘要
预制菜产业的快速发展满足了市场对效率与品质的需求,有助于餐饮企业降低成本和提高效率,同时也为消费者带来了便捷的用餐体验。广东依托其深厚的饮食文化和丰富的资源,预制菜产业展现出了广阔的发展前景。本文基于波特钻石模型,从生产要素条件、需求条件、相关与支持性产业,以及企业战略、结构与竞争这4个方面分析了广东预制菜产业的发展现状,探讨了广东预制菜产业发展存在的问题,并提出了针对性的对策和建议,旨在为广东预制菜产业的高效和可持续发展提供理论参考。
The rapid development of the pre packaged food industry has met the market’s demand for efficiency and quality,helping catering enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency,while also bringing consumers a convenient dining experience.Guangdong,relying on its profound food culture and abundant resources,has demonstrated broad development prospects for the pre packaged food industry.Based on the porter diamond model,this article analyzes the current development status of Guangdong’s prefabricated vegetable industry from four aspects:production factor conditions,demand conditions,related and supporting industries and enterprise strategies,structure and competition.It explores the problems existing in the development of Guangdong’s prefabricated vegetable industry and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Intended to provide theoretical reference for the efficient and sustainable development of Guangdong’s prefabricated vegetable industry.
