摘要
以黔南州企业为对象,采用Python数据挖掘、深度访谈和问卷调查等方法,探讨了企业对会计人才的新需求方向。研究发现,随着人工智能和信息技术的发展,企业对会计人才的要求从传统的核算和记录等基础能力转向为数据分析、预测和管理决策的综合能力。会计行业相应地面临人才结构不合理、专业证书考试与市场需求脱节、缺乏终身学习平台等问题。基于此,提出改革建议:(一)对会计人才进行分层培养和转型;(二)改革考证内容;(三)建立终身学习平台。
Taking the enterprises in Qiannan Prefecture as subjects,this paper employs methods such as Python data mining,in-depth interviews,and questionnaire investigation to explore the direction of emerging demand for accounting talents.It is found that with the development of artificial intelligence and information technology,the enterprise requirements for accounting talents have shifted from traditional basic skills such as accounting and record-keeping to comprehensive abilities in data analysis,forecasting,management,and decision-making.Moreover,some problems persist in the accounting industry,including an unreasonable talent structure,a mismatch between professional certification examinations and market demand,and a lack of lifelong learning platforms.Accordingly,proposals are put forward:(1)training differently and transforming accounting talents;(2)reforming examination content;(3)building a lifelong learning platform.
