预应力连续箱梁底板开裂原因分析与实际结构状态识别

摘要 以某预应力连续箱梁桥为工程背景,针对该桥主梁在运营状态下底板及腹板开裂病害进行原因分析,并提出处置建议。本文首先介绍了主桥病害情况以及静载试验下的结构响应情况;然后通过有限元模拟方法对结构的纵向受力进行分析,得到结构参数及使用荷载对结构横向裂缝的影响规律。最后对造成箱梁裂缝病害的原因进行分析总结,并提出了裂缝防治措施。 Taking a prestressed continuous box girder bridge as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the causes of cracking in the bottom plate and web plate of the main beam of the bridge during operation,and proposes disposal suggestions.This article first introduces the damage situation of the main bridge and the structural response under static load tests.Then,the longitudinal stress of the structure is analyzed using finite element simulation method,and the influence of structural parameters and usage loads on the transverse cracks of the structure is obtained.Finally,an analysis and summary of the causes of box girder crack diseases were conducted,and crack prevention and control measures were proposed.
