摘要
为解决钢-混组合桥建造过程中需满足的桥下通行或跨河要求,设计了一种新型悬臂式模板支撑架。基于ABAQUS有限元软件对新型模板支撑体系进行分析,研究了单片支撑在施工荷载作用下的受力性能,根据分析结果对支撑进行优化。结果表明,施工荷载作用下新型模板支撑均处于弹性阶段,受力性能良好。通过增加竖杆与增大顶部水平杆截面高度对模板支撑进行优化,支撑应力和变形分别为优化前的78%和35%,满足规范要求,优化效果明显。
A new type of cantilevered formwork support was designed to solve the requirements of under-bridge passage or river crossing that need to be met during the construction of steel-mixed combination bridges.Based on the ABAQUS finite element software,the new formwork support system wing part was analyzed,and the force performance of the single-piece support under construction load was studied,and the support was optimized according to the analysis results.The results show that the new formwork supports are all in elastic stage under construction load,and the stress performance is good.The optimization of formwork support for the flange part is carried out by increasing the height of vertical rod and increasing the height of top horizontal rod section,and the stress and deformation of the support are 78%and 35%of those before optimization,which satisfy the specification requirements,and the optimization effect is obvious.
