装修工作作为项目的门面,往往对项目的整体价值提升起关键性作用。在项目装修工程实施过程中,可能存在对装修材质效果把握度不高、装修工程与其他专业的协调不佳等问题导致装修工程存在不少返工的情况。BIM技术作为一种三维可视化、信息协调性高的工具,在项目的装修工程带来高效的应用。本文将以某写字楼项目为例,探索BIM技术在装修设计及施工工作的应用,为类似的项目提供参考。

As the facade of the project,the renovation work often plays a key role in enhancing the overall value of the project.In the process of the implementation of the renovation project,there may be problems such as low grasp of the effect of the decoration material,poor coordination between the renovation project and other professions,which lead to a lot of rework in the renovation project.BIM technology,as a tool of 3D visualization and high information coordination,has brought efficient application in the decoration engineering of projects.This paper will take an office building project as an example to explore the application of BIM technology in decoration design and construction work,and provide reference for similar projects.
