摘要
我国农村住宅因结构复杂和建造不合理导致能耗高,能源利用率低。为优化北方严寒地区农村住宅节能改造,本团队采用实地考察、建模计算及数值模拟等方法,从多种户型中筛选出4种常见结构,并使用SketchUp绘制几何模型,进一步导入TRNSYS进行模拟,分析不同户型对室内温度的影响。根据《严寒地区居住建筑节能设计标准》,我们提出了针对最优户型的外围护结构升级改造方案,不增加能耗的前提下提升热舒适度并减少能源浪费,为严寒地区农宅改造提供科学指导和实践经验,支持新农村建设。
The complex structure and unreasonable construction of rural housing in our country lead to high energy consumption and low energy utilization.In order to optimize the energy-saving renovation of rural residential buildings in the northern cold region,the team selected four common structures from various apartment types by field investigation,modeling calculation and numerical simulation,and drew geometric models using SketchUp,and further imported TRNSYS for simulation to analyze the influence of different apartment types on indoor temperature.According to the"energy-saving Design Standards for Residential Buildings in Cold Regions",we put forward an upgrade plan for the optimal housing structure,improve thermal comfort and reduce energy waste without increasing energy consumption,provide scientific guidance and practical experience for the renovation of rural houses in cold regions,and support the construction of new rural areas.
