摘要
以某110kV变电站主变绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比测试为例,探究了电气试验优化策略的应用效果。该试验分别进行了质量控制优化和安全控制优化,在此基础上对比了主变投产前交接试验测试数据、运行一年后预防性试验测试数据以及应用优化策略后的测试数据。结果表明,应用优化策略后绝缘电阻和吸收比更加接近交接试验测试数据,说明实行优化策略可以提高电气高压试验结果的准确性和可靠性,为变电站一次设备的检修工作提供了依据。
Taking the insulation resistance and absorption ratio testing of the main transformer winding in a 110kV substation as an example,this paper explores the application effect of electrical test optimization strategies.The experiment was optimized for quality control and safety control,and based on this,the handover test data before the main transformer was put into operation,the preventive test data after one year of operation,and the test data after applying optimization strategies were compared.The results show that after applying the optimization strategy,the insulation resistance and absorption ratio are closer to the handover test data,indicating that implementing the optimization strategy can improve the accuracy and reliability of electrical high voltage test results,and provide a basis for the maintenance work of primary equipment in substations.
