本文为有效提升危险化学品安全风险防控及应急处置水平,保证危化品生产、运输及存储安全,全面加强危化品安全风险防控体系构建质量。基于此本文主要对危化品安全风险防控与应急处置技术体系进行分析与研究,以供相关技术人员参考与借鉴。

In order to effectively improve the level of the safety risk prevention and control and emergency response of hazardous chemicals,ensure the safety of the production,transportation and storage of hazardous chemicals,and comprehensively strengthen the construction quality of the safety risk prevention and control system of hazardous chemicals.This paper briefly analyzes and studies the technical system of hazardous chemical safety risk prevention and control and emergency disposal for the reference used by relevant technical personnel.
