摘要
为解决火力发电厂锅炉内部烟气温度场在线监测问题,本文研究一种适用于锅炉炉膛内部烟气温度场在线监测的BWCPS声波测温装置。设计了气动声源发声装置、压电式声波传感器、前置放大器、过程控制单元和中央控制单元,介绍了BWCPS声波测温装置用于锅炉温度场测量的常用结构布局,最后以国神府谷电厂2#机组锅炉的应用为例,验证了BWCPS声波测温装置用于锅炉温度场在线监测的有效性和实用性。
In order to solve the problem of online monitoring of internal flue gas temperature field in thermal power plant boilers,this paper studies a BWCPS acoustic temperature measurement device suitable for online monitoring of internal flue gas temperature field in boiler furnaces.A pneumatic sound source sound device,piezoelectric sound wave sensor,preamplifier,process control unit,and central control unit were designed.The common structural layout of the BWCPS acoustic temperature measurement device for measuring the temperature field of boilers was introduced.Finally,the effectiveness and practicality of the BWCPS acoustic temperature measurement device for online monitoring of boiler temperature field were verified using the application of the boiler in Unit 2 of the Guo shen fu gu Power Plant as an example.
