基于PLC的8层电梯控制系统设计

Design of an 8-story Elevator Control System Based on PLC

文章基于PLC设计了8层电梯控制系统,该系统以西门子s7-200PLC为控制核心,西门子编程软件V4.0 STEP 7 Micro进行I/O分配和电梯控制系统程序编写,利用组态王组态软件制作仿真测试模型模拟小区电梯运行。结果表明:所设计的8层电梯控制系统,能够实现电梯的延时开关门、平层泊车、实时楼层位置显示、上下行控制、超载检测以及防夹人、呼梯登记、顺向截梯等功能,控制效果良好。

This article designs an 8-story elevator control system based on PLC.The system uses Siemens s7-200 PLC as the control core,Siemens programming software V4.0 STEP 7 Micro for I/O allocation and elevator control system programming.A simulation test model is created using the configuration software of King View to simulate the operation of elevators in a residential area.The results show that the designed 8-story elevator control system can achieve functions such as delayed opening and closing of doors,level parking,real-time floor position display,up and down control,overload detection,as well as anti pinch,call registration,and forward cutting of elevators.The control effect is good.
