摘要
本文主要探究了基于振动信号分析变压器状态检修系统的设计要点,并将其应用到一台500kV变压器上进行状态检修的实例验证。该系统通过安装在变压器油箱外壳上的传感器获取振动信号,经MPS-140801采集卡将信号传输至计算机,利用计算机上的应用软件进行振动信号的分析处理,所得结果在显示器上实时呈现。从实际应用效果来看,该系统能准确检测出变压器三相频率重心,其中C相频率重心异常升高。安排工作人员吊罩检修,发现C相绕组松散失稳、铁芯叠片间距过大。维修后启动运行并再次检修,结果表明C相频率重心基本恢复正常。
This article mainly explores the design points of a transformer condition maintenance system based on vibration signal analysis,and applies it to a 500kV transformer for example verification of condition maintenance.The system obtains vibration signals through sensors installed on the outer shell of the transformer oil tank,and transmits the signals to the computer through an MPS-140801 acquisition card.The vibration signals are analyzed and processed using application software on the computer,and the results are presented in real-time on the display.From the actual application effect,the system can accurately detect the center of gravity of the three-phase frequency of the transformer,with the center of gravity of the C-phase frequency abnormally increasing.Arrange staff to hang the cover for maintenance,and it was found that the C-phase winding is loose and unstable,and the spacing between iron core laminations is too large.After maintenance,the operation was started and repaired again,and the results showed that the center of gravity of the C-phase frequency had basically returned to normal.
