摘要
为了优化海洋平台舱室通风系统的进气滤清效率与性能,本文通过介绍舱室通风系统进气滤清器的几何模型建立、基于多孔介质理论的动量方程数值模拟过程及其实验验证,分析了滤清器在不同工况下的流动特性与滤清效果。通过数值模拟,揭示了滤清器内部流场分布规律及其对滤清效率的影响机制;随后,结合实验方法,验证了数值模拟结果的准确性,并深入分析了实验数据。研究结果表明,所建立的数值模型能够有效预测滤清器性能,为滤清器的设计与优化提供了理论依据,对于提升海洋平台舱室空气质量具有重要意义。
In order to optimize the intake filtration efficiency and performance of the marine platform cabin ventilation system,this paper introduces the geometric model establishment of the intake filter in the cabin ventilation system,the numerical simulation process of the momentum equation based on porous media theory,and experimental verification.The flow characteristics and filtration effect of the filter under different working conditions are analyzed.Through numerical simulation,the distribution pattern of the internal flow field of the filter and its impact mechanism on the filtration efficiency were revealed;Subsequently,the accuracy of the numerical simulation results was verified through experimental methods,and the experimental data was analyzed in depth.The research results indicate that the established numerical model can effectively predict the performance of filters,providing a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of filters,and is of great significance for improving the air quality of marine platform cabins.
