摘要
本文主要探究了非开挖修复技术在排水管道保护修复中的应用。在开展现场调查和综合考虑成本、效率等因素的基础上,对于DN400管道使用了短管内衬工艺,对于DN800管道使用了UV固化工艺。在修复段的排水管道进行导水、清淤后,分别使用两种工艺进行了排水管道的修复。从应用效果来看,应用非开挖修复技术后,两种规格的排水管道,粗糙系数降低、排水流速加快,改造后排水管道的过流能力得到了提升。
This article mainly explores the application of non excavation repair technology in the protection and repair of drainage pipelines.On the basis of conducting on-site investigations and considering factors such as cost and efficiency,a short pipe lining process was used for DN400 pipelines,and a UV curing process was used for DN800 pipelines.After conducting water diversion and dredging on the drainage pipeline in the repair section,two different processes were used for the repair of the drainage pipeline.From the perspective of application effects,after applying non excavation repair technology,the roughness coefficient of the two specifications of drainage pipes is reduced,the drainage flow rate is accelerated,and the flow capacity of the drainage pipes is improved after renovation.
