高强度透水混凝土力学性能及抗冻性能研究

摘要 为掌握混凝土的综合性能,推进城市建筑工程项目的建设,以高强度透水混凝土为例,开展材料的力学、抗冻性能的测试研究。为确保试验的规范性,开展研究前,需要先进行水泥、粉煤灰、外加剂等原材料的准备;利用体积法,按照搅拌、成型、养护,进行高强度透水混凝土的制备,对制备的混凝土进行透水测试、抗压强度测试、冻融循环测试,测试结果表明:制备的高强度透水混凝土24 h和48 h渗透系数测试结果均>5×10-5 m/s,渗透性良好;测试样件的抗压强度均≥30 MPa,即样件均符合或达到C30混凝土的抗压强度标准,说明混凝土的抗压性能良好;经过冻融循环后,样品的抗压强度略有降低,但降低幅度不大,表明混凝土具有抗冻性能良好。 In order to grasp the comprehensive performance of concrete and promote the construction of urban construction projects,taking high-strength permeable concrete as an example,testing and research on the mechanical and frost resistance properties of materials are carried out.To ensure the standardization of the experiment,it is necessary to prepare raw materials such as cement,fly ash,and additives before conducting the research;Using the volume method,high-strength permeable concrete was prepared by mixing,shaping,and curing.The prepared concrete was subjected to permeability testing,compressive strength testing,and freeze-thaw cycle testing.The test results showed that the permeability coefficient test results of the high-strength permeable concrete after 24 hours and 48 hours were all>5×10^(-5)m/s,indicating good permeability;The compressive strength of the tested samples is≥30 MPa,indicating that the samples meet or reach the compressive strength standard of C30 concrete,indicating good compressive performance of the concrete;After freeze-thaw cycles,the compressive strength of the sample slightly decreased,but the decrease was not significant,indicating that the concrete has good frost resistance.
