摘要
现阶段对于BIM技术的发展开始进入瓶颈状态,在建设工程项目中的BIM应用,经常进入脱实向虚,无法准确精准指导项目管理。以某酒店项目为例,详细阐述BIM技术与智能设备的融合应用,旨在实现施工过程降本增益,同时为同类型的项目提供参考。
At this stage,the development of BIM technology has begun to enter a bottleneck state,and the application of BIM in construction projects often goes from real to virtual,unable to accurately guide project management.Taking a school project as an example,the integrated application of BIM technology and intelligent equipment is described in detail,aiming to achieve cost reduction and gain in the construction process,and provide reference for similar projects.
