摘要
为降低大体积混凝土水化热、防止温度裂缝,提升超厚大体积混凝土施工后的整体性和抗渗性,本文以某某超高层建筑筏板基础施工为例,对难点进行分析,研究大体积混凝土施工技术,对混凝土的配合比、混凝土分层浇筑厚度、冷凝水管设计、混凝土温升和循环水设施等进行计算,并采取相应的处理措施,有效控制了超厚大体积混凝土的温度裂缝等技术难题,对类似工程项目筏板基础施工具有一定借鉴意义。
In order to reduce the mass concrete hydration heat,prevent temperature crack,improve the integrity of super thick bulk concrete construction and impermeability,this paper to super high-rise building raft foundation construction,for example,analyze the difficulty of mass concrete construction technology,concrete,concrete layered pouring thickness,condensate pipe design,concrete temperature rise and circulating water facilities,and take corresponding measures to effectively control the temperature of the super thick bulk concrete crack technical problems,to similar engineering project raft foundation construction has certain reference significance.
