摘要
常规的汽车大灯调节器自动检测方法以电动机运行状态检测为主,忽视了传感器对检测结果的影响,无法满足调节器检测需求。因此,设计了基于单片机的汽车大灯调节器自动检测方法。确定汽车大灯调节器自动检测性能指标,从光源稳定性、调节器负载性能、调节器机械性能等方面,检测调节器的运行性能。构建汽车大灯调节器自动检测模型,对大灯调节器进行行程、换向间隙测量、负载加载环境的检测,从而实现汽车的稳定运行。基于单片机执行大灯调节器自动检测程序,选择单片机作为控制核心,编写自动检测程序,实现对汽车大灯调节器的自动检测。采用对比实验,验证了该方法的自动检测准确性更高,能够应用于实际生活中。
The conventional automatic detection method of car headlights regulator is mainly based on motor running state detection,which ignores the influence of sensors on detection results and cannot meet the requirements of regulator detection.Therefore,an automatic detection method of car headlights regulator based on single chip microcomputer is designed.The automatic detection performance index of car headlights regulator is determined,and the operation performance of regulator is detected from the aspects of light source stability,regulator load performance and regulator mechanical performance.The automatic detection model of car headlights regulator is constructed,and the stroke,commutation gap and load environment of headlight regulator are measured,so as to realize the stable operation of the automobile.Based on the single chip microcomputer,the automatic detection program of headlight regulator is implemented,and the single chip microcomputer is selected as the control core to write the automatic detection program to realize the automatic detection of car headlights regulator.The comparison experiment shows that the automatic detection accuracy of this method is higher and it can be applied to real life.
