摘要
为提高有限空间作业的安全性,以某冶金企业为例,开展有限空间作业安全的分析。根据有限空间内的气流分布、作业活动等因素,设计冶金企业有限空间作业安全检测点布置方式;使用气体检测报警仪,进行有限空间作业的风险因素识别与检测;根据风险的性质、可能性以及可能造成的后果,评估有限空间作业安全等级;通过携带个体安全检测联网与预警设备、自然通风与清除置换,实现冶金企业有限空间作业安全综合管控。通过引入和应用提出的安全管控技术,证明冶金企业在有限空间作业安全方面取得了显著成果。
In order to improve the safety of confined space operations,an analysis of the safety of confined space operations was conducted using a metallurgical enterprise as an example.Design the layout of safety inspection points for limited space operations in metallurgical enterprises based on factors such as airflow distribution and operational activities within the limited space;Using gas detection and alarm devices to identify and detect risk factors for confined space operations;Assess the safety level of confined space operations based on the nature,likelihood,and potential consequences of the risks;By carrying individual safety detection networking and warning equipment,natural ventilation and clearing replacement,comprehensive safety management and control of limited space operations in metallurgical enterprises can be achieved.By introducing and applying the proposed safety control technology,it has been proven that metallurgical enterprises have achieved significant results in the safety of limited space operations.
