钢丝绳污油清除及收集装置设计与分析

摘要 针对现有钢丝绳污油清除及收集装置无法适应不同尺寸的钢丝绳和污油收集人工劳动强度大的问题,模块化设计了一种柔性变径、自动收集污油、无供电的钢丝绳污油清除及收集装置,采用虹膜变径机构配合自适应锁紧装置,实现柔性、安全的工作。并对异形清洁刀的静应力分析,结果表明异形清洁刀完全满足工作要求。该装置能够适应直径范围15 mm~65 mm的钢丝绳,最大径向尺寸为180 mm。 For the existing wire rope oil removal and collection device can not adapt to different sizes of wire rope and oil collection manual labour intensity,modular design of a flexible reducer,automatic collection of oil,no power supply wire rope oil removal and collection device,the use of iris reducer mechanism with adaptive locking device,to achieve flexible,safe work.And the static stress analysis of the shaped cleaning knife,the results show that the shaped cleaning knife completely meets the work requirements.The device is able to adapt to wire ropes with a diameter range of 15 mm to 65 mm and a maximum radial size of 180 mm.
