基于“互联网+”深化细节护理模式在青光眼术后患者中的应用

Application of the Detailed Nursing Model based on"Internet+"in Postoperative Nursing Care of Glaucoma Patients

目的:探讨基于“互联网+”深化细节护理模式在青光眼术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月1日~2023年3月31日眼科收治的110例青光眼术后患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组行常规护理措施,观察组实施基于“互联网+”深化细节护理模式。比较两组心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]、术后并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组SF-36评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于“互联网+”深化细节护理模式能改善青光眼术后患者的心理状态,提升生活质量,降低术后并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of deepening detailed nursing model based on"Internet+"in postoperative nursing care of glaucoma patients.Methods:A total of 110 patients with glaucoma surgery,treated from March 1,2022 to March 31,2023,were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The routine nursing measures were taken in the control group,and the deepening detailed nursing care based on"Internet+"was implemented in the observation group.The psychological state(SAS and SDS),quality of life(SF-36),postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher after intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The deepening detailed nursing model based on"Internet+"in postoperative nursing care of glaucoma patients can improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients after glaucoma surgery,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction as well.
