基于全程无缝隙护理模式的家庭协同式护理对年轻乳腺癌患者生育忧虑的影响

Impact of Family Collaborative Nursing based on the Whole Seamless Nursing Model on the Reproductive Concerns of Young Breast Cancer Patients

目的:探讨基于全程无缝隙护理模式的家庭协同式护理对年轻乳腺癌患者生育忧虑的影响。方法:选取2021年1月1日~2022年1月31日乳腺科收治的80例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施基于全程无缝隙护理模式的家庭协同式护理;比较两组干预前后社会功能[采用社会功能评定量表(SFRS)]、生活质量[采用生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)]、自我感受负担[采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、生育忧虑[采用癌症后生育忧虑量表(RCAC)]。结果:干预后,两组SFRS评分及身体负担评分、情感负担评分、SPBS总分低于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);出院后3个月,两组FACT-B评分高于干预前(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组干预后RCAC评分低于干预前及对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于全程无缝隙护理模式的家庭协同式护理有助于年轻乳腺癌患者社会功能恢复和生活质量提高,能够减轻患者的身体负担与情感负担,通过个性化的生育规划减轻生育忧虑。

Objective:To explore the effect of family collaborative nursing based on the whole seamless nursing model on reproductive concerns of young patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with breast cancer admitted from January 1,2021 to January 31,2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group,and family collaborative nursing based on the whole seamless nursing model was implemented in the observation group.The social function(SFRS),quality of life(FACT-B),self-perceived burden(SPBS)and reproductive concerns(RCAC)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the SFRS scores,physical burden scores,emotional burden scores and total SPBS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).Three months after discharge,the FACT-B scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the FACT-B scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The RCAC score of the observation group was lower after intervention than that before intervention and than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The families collaborative nursing based on the whole seamless nursing model can help patients with young breast cancer recover their social function and improve their quality of life,reduce their physical and emotional burden,and reduce their reproductive concerns through personalized fertility planning.
