标准化操作流程在终末期肾病腹膜透析患者中的应用

Application of Standardized Operation Procedure in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients with End-stage Renal Disease

目的:探讨标准化操作流程在终末期肾病(ESRD)腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月1日~2023年6月1日收治的360例ESRD腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各180例,对照组采用常规护理方式进行干预,实验组采用标准化操作流程的护理方式进行干预;比较两组干预前后疾病不确定感[采用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)]、肾功能指标[包括血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)]、自我管理能力、并发症发生情况。结果:干预后,实验组BUN、Scr指标水平及MUIS-A评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),自我管理能力中饮食情况、运动情况、日常液体及离子摄入、状态及情绪管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:标准化操作流程可以降低ESRD腹膜透析患者疾病不确定感,改善肾功能指标水平,提高自我管理能力,减少并发症。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized operation procedure in peritoneal dialysis patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods:A total of 360 ESRD patients with peritoneal dialysis admitted from June 1,2021 to June 1,2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 180 cases in each group.The routine nursing intervention was used in the control group,and the nursing intervention of standardized operation procedure was adopted in the experimental group.The uncertainty in illness(MUIS-A),renal function indexes(BUN and Scr),self-management ability and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the levels of BUN and Scr levels,MUIS-A score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The diet,exercise,daily intake of liquid and ion of self-management ability in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The emotion management of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The standardized operation procedure can reduce the uncertainty in illness of ESRD patients with peritoneal dialysis,improve the level of renal function indicators and the ability of self-management,and reduce the incidence of complications.
