新时期高校院所科技成果转化面临的挑战及创新路径探讨

科技成果转化是实现创新驱动发展、促进国民经济持续提升的重要引擎。如何加快推动科技成果的快速转化、提高科技成果的转化效率、打通科技成果转化“最后一公里”,是摆在当前的一个重要议题。本文针对新时期高校院所科技成果转化的现状及面临的挑战进行分析,结合当前科技成果转化机制、科技成果成熟度、资金投入及服务体系等存在问题,提出了完善科技成果转化政策、加强孵化平台建设、健全协同合作机制及完善资金支撑体系等措施,并探索了其他可行的实施路径,旨在进一步提升科技成果转化的效率和水平。

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important engine for achieving innovation driven development and promoting sustained improvement of the national economy.How to accelerate the rapid,improve the conversion efficiency,and overcome the last-mile challenges of transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become an important issue at present.This paper analyzes the current situation and facing challenges of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in china,points out the existing problems,such as incomplete transformation mechanism,insufficient maturity of scientific and technological achievements,lack of market orientation and incomplete service system.Furthermore,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the transformation mechanism,strengthen the construction of incubation platforms,improve collaborative cooperation mechanisms and financial support system.
