珠三角地区城市寄宿制小学宿舍单元设计及组织方式研究

摘要 为构建一套完整且具有逻辑性的城市寄宿制小学宿舍设计体系,保障寄宿学生的身心健康,本文从小学生行为心理特征出发,通过实地调研珠三角地区城市寄宿制小学宿舍的使用现状及问题,明确小学生寄宿需求,剖析现有城市寄宿制小学宿舍的三种类型及特征,从单元规模、布局模式、卫浴方式、组织方式、宿舍管理模式五方面提出不同宿舍类型的适应性设计策略,为不同办学条件的城市寄宿制小学宿舍提供建设参考。 In order to build a complete and logical design system for urban boarding primary school dormitories and ensure the physical and mental health of boarding students,this paper starts from the behavioral and psychological characteristics of primary school students,reveals the current situation and problems of dormitories in urban boarding primary schools in the Pearl River Delta through field research,and clarifies the boarding needs of primary school students.The three types and characteristics of existing urban boarding primary school dormitories are analyzed.Adaptive design strategies for different types of dormitories are proposed from five aspects:unit scale,layout mode,bathroom mode,organizational mode and dormitory management mode.The aim is to provide construction references for dormitories in urban boarding primary schools with different school conditions.
