摘要
采用虚拟电厂的方式可以帮助小型新能源电站参与电力批发市场竞争。为了解决污染物排放限制和新能源电厂投资成本限制两个条件下虚拟电厂收益最大化问题,文中提出了一种考虑不同场景的虚拟电厂模型,对虚拟电厂中包含的可再生能源机组分别进行建模,并开展了三种不同投资场景下的仿真测试。其结果表明,所建立的混合整数规划模型可以用于有效计算虚拟电厂收益变化,减少污染物排放和限制投资成本会分别导致收益增加和减少。文中的研究可为不同投资场景下虚拟电厂如何获得收益最大化提供解决思路。
The adoption of virtual power plants(VPPs)can help small new energy power plants participate in the competition in the electricity wholesale market.In order to solve the problem of maximizing the benefits of virtual power plants under the conditions of pollutant emission limitation and new energy power plant investment cost limitation,this paper proposed a virtual power plant model considering different scenarios,modeled the renewable energy units included in the virtual power plant respectively,and conducted simulation tests under three different investment scenarios.The results show that the proposed mixed integer programming model can be used to effectively calculate the changes in the benefits of virtual power plants.Reducing pollutant emissions and limiting investment costs would lead to increased and decreased benefits,respectively.The research in this paper can provide solutions for how to maximize the benefits of virtual power plants under different investment scenarios.
