数字生态下高校思政课教学相长的认知逻辑与效果反馈

The Cognitive Logic and Feedback Effects of"Teaching Benefits Teachers as Well as Students"in Ideological and Political Courses under the Digital Ecology in Colleges and Universities

摘要 “教学相长”是《礼记·学记》中提到的一条重要教学原则,蕴含着丰富的历史意蕴和时代内涵。数字生态下,强化“教学相长”对顺应思政课教学改革发展趋势,提升高校思政课师生获得感,落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。基于数字生态下高校思政课教学相长的认知逻辑,要协同教师行为和学生行为双向发力,设计思政课教学相长“双轮驱动”评价模型,搭建“四层并举”反馈系统,建立“五方推进”联动机制,为助推高校思想政治教育高质量发展提供实践基础和路径参考。 The concept of"teaching benefits teachers as well as students"is an important educational principle mentioned in Book of Rites:Record of Learning,which contains rich historical implications and contemporary connotation.Under the digital ecosystem,strengthening the principle of"teaching benefits teachers as well as students"is of great significance for adapting to the development trend of ideological and political education reform,improving the sense of achievement among teachers and students in higher education,and implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Based on the cognitive logic of teaching benefits teachers as well as students of ideological and political courses in universities under the digital ecology,it is necessary to coordinate the behaviors of teachers and students to exert efforts in both directions,design a""dual-wheel drive"evaluation model,build a"four-level simultaneously"feedback system,and establish a"five-party advancement"linkage mechanism for the mutual growth of ideological and political courses.These efforts provide a practical foundation and reference path for promoting high-quality development in ideological and political education in universities.
